To Whom It May Concern:

As of 1201AM July 4, 2023 – PermitNow will be the sole issuer for all permits in the RM of Mervin No. 499. All loads travelling over secondary weights are required to obtain a permit prior to travel on local RM Mervin roads. Prior to a permit being issued, the Oil Company or Prime Contractor on site must have a valid Road Use Agreement in place. PermitNow will maintain all documentation for RUAs.
